जो ज़रा सी बात हो जाती तो क्या बात थी ॥

चाँद से मिलने सितारे टूट के आये थे,
जो एक मुलाक़ात हो जाती तो क्या बात थी ॥

ओढ़ रखे हैं कई नक़ाब उसने मौसम की तरह,
जो वो बेनक़ाब हो जाती तो क्या बात थी ॥

ढूँढ रहे हैं सब नशा काँच के पैमानों में,
जो ये महफ़िल शराब हो जाती तो क्या बात थी ॥
